Shipping Policy

Delivery utilizes well known, outside national & international shipping carriers. All shipping times are within the control of the outside carrier and therefore are not guaranteed by We do not currently offer overnight shipping on a local or worldwide basis. is not responsible for any VAT, Duty Charges or Brokerage Fees at time of delivery. Please check with your local laws and regulations as we are unable to advise you on these.

Shipping Times

Normally 5 - 10 business days by registered airmail. But in these difficult times, please allow up to 20 business days.

The above shipping time is an estimation only. Delivery time might extend for many reasons, such as customs inspection, delays due to Covid-19, transit delay, flight delay, overload packages, weather conditions, etc. Delivery service handled by a third party, and arrival time is not guaranteed. However, Ninth Nation will always try the best to maintain order delivery in a reasonable time.

We deliver to most places in the world. You shall cover delivery costs. Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of Products, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. Flat rate delivery charges are shown on our checkout page; however, we reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.

Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay. Average time for delivery may be shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you after we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges and taxes, and deliver the Products to the carrier. 

We make no guarantees with respect to any collaboration we undertake with you, including any collaboration with respect to Services, Products (including new Products) or any integration with a vendor platform.

During the sales or order process, Ninth Nation will generally notify you of the anticipated despatch dates available and the expected time frame for receiving your order; however, Ninth Nation cannot guarantee delivery dates or times as once your order leaves the supplier, it is in the hands of the service provider. We will make you aware of delivery charges (if any) before you place your order.


General despatch information

The dispatch date is the date we SEND the item you have ordered, NOT the day it will be delivered.

Tracking numbers will be made available after an order has been processed. Please allow up to 4 days for the tracking number to update.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you that the shipping address was correct. And that you have checked with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

If a tracking number shows as delivered but you never received the package: The items were successfully delivered to the address you provided. We would recommend you contact the local courier where it was delivered or try to reschedule another delivery attempt. No replacements or refunds will be issued on items that show as successfully delivered. Ninth Nation is not liable for incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers.

Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the Products. Correct name of the recipient, delivery address and postal code/zip code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Ninth Nation will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong or misspelled recipient name or surname, delivery address or an inappropriate phone number.

Ninth Nation will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address.

Please make sure you have entered the correct address at checkout.

• In the UK you can check that you have the correct postcode by using the Royal Mail’s handy postcode finder available at Ninth Nation is not responsible for the accuracy of the Royal Mail’s postcode finder, or any other 3rd part contractor, service provider, or supplier

• It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide for any order you place is correct.

Taxes & Customs Duty

We ship to many different countries and all of them have different import laws relating to customs duties. We have no control over government policy and any duties to pay are your responsibility.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency.

In the event that you refuse to pay taxes or duties owed upon the order’s arrival into the destination country, Ninth Nation will not reship or refund the order.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

As you would expect when an order leaves us we are at the mercy of the postal system and they can affect the delivery speed

Force Majeure. Neither we, nor any delivery service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform contracted services where such failure or delay results from circumstances outside reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to, adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood, extreme winds…), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, rioting, terrorism, act of God, industrial dispute or strike.
